With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Daryl M. Hanson of Genoa, Ohio, born in Appleton, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Hanson and Inez Hanson (Botker). He is survived by : his wife Mary Jane (Thomay); his daughters, Jennifer Krankowski (Scott) and Sarah Styer (Kevin); his grandsons, Aaron and Isaac; and his siblings, Darlene Weaver (Richard), Darwin Hanson (Karen), Darroy Hanson and Darice Button (Jeff). He is also survived by several aunts, an uncle, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, June 8th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Walker Funeral Home (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623). A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
