He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Mollenhauer and Juanita Mollenhauer (Jackson); and his wife Vicki Pennington. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Lugar, Louise Pukke and Fred Mollenhauer; and his children, Kathy Finfrock (Don), Eddy Gross (Cheri Harder), Herb Gross (Pam), Chuck Gross (Jackie), Colby Gross and Candy Gross (Chris Milliron). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Butch's memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
