With sadness, we share the passing of Margaret Mary Stoner of Genoa, Ohio. Margaret, born on May 4, 1943, passed away on September 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Heintschel Margaret (Mominee) and Leo Heintschel; her husband William H. Stoner; her son Stephen Stoner; and her siblings, William Heintschel, Raymond Heintschel, Carol Heintschel, Jean Rettenberg, Esther Hornstein and Betty Beham.
She is survived by: her daughter Jodi Stoner; her grandsons, Tyler Baird, Rylen Stoner and Reid Stoner (Sandy); her siblings, Dolores Shumsky, Janet Wlodarz (Jim), Theresa Ivan and Jerry Heintschel (Sandee Everhart); and her sisters-in-law, Kathleen Purney and Marilyn Heintschel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 9:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (204 Main St, Genoa, OH 43430).
Memorial contributions can be made in Margaret's honor to the charity of the donor's choice.
