She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Minarik and Nora Minarik; her husband Ronald; and her sister Barbara Parker. She is survived by: her children, Steven Shook and Deborah Herman (Charles); her grandson Riley Herman; and her brothers, Walter Minarik and Larry Minarik (Sandy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
As a last act of love , Mary was privileged to be able to donate her pacemaker to individuals in need.
