With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul E. Ackerman (Genoa, Ohio), born in Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on January 15, 2020 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Paul E. Ackerman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ackerman and Estella Ackerman (Bundschuh); and his daughter Patricia Magsig. He is survived by: his children, Bette Meyer (Tom), Kathy Vermilyea (Jim), Jennifer Wetzel and Bill Ackerman; and his brother Robert. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Cherry Street Mission.
