He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pack and Jane Pack (Kidd); his wife Vivian Raye Pack (Hall); and his siblings, Glenn Pack, Russell Pack, Raymond Pack, Billy Gene Pack, Juanita Parsons, Clesta Taylor, Irene Pack, Barbara Pack and Emma Wallace.
He is survived by: his children, John Pack (Gigi) of Georgetown, Jennifer Pack (Bev) of Lexington, Scott Pack of Maysville and Missy Perdue (Brett) of Ashville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Cody Pack (Julie), Miranda Robertson (Derek) and Ryan Perdue (Alyssa); and his great grandchildren, Leah, Casey and Tate.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cahall Funeral Home (204 W State St, Georgetown, OH 45121). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
