She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Smith and Goldie Smith; her son James "Adam" Barclay of New Richmond; and her brothers, David, Sonny, John, Danny and DJ Smith.

She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Carrier, Sheri Seip, Ruth Butler (Ken), Roy Smith (Lisa), George Smith, Patty Burton (Buddy) and Floyd Smith (Lisa); and her close friends, Jackie Feldkamp-Nelson and Becky Feldkamp-Bice.
