She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Melvin and Ethel Melvin (Mefford); and her siblings, Richard Melvin, Linda Sullivan, Patty Perry and Betty Layman.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Utter; her daughters, Denise Leggett (Keith) of Georgetown and Susan Meadors (David) of Palm Coast, Florida; her grandchildren, Kylee Walter (Matthew) of Georgetown, Lance Leggett (Diana) of Bethel and Elyse Leggett (Carson Gilpen) of Georgetown, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Sutton, Sawyer and Shepherd Walter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
