She was predeceased by: her parents, James Vance and Wilma Vance (Gilpin); and her husband Rodney Westheider. She is survived by: her children, Robert Westheider, Daniel Westheider, James Westheider, Rodney Westheider, Mercedes Westheider of Georgetown and Lindsay Westheider; her brother Robbie Vance of Rome; and her grandchildren, Anastasia and Edgar.
