She is survived by: her husband Michael Smith; her daughters, Rebecca Smith Garrett of Georgetown, Rachel Cluxton (Todd) of Ripley and Carey Beth Shaheen (Drew) of Georgetown, Ohio; her grandchildren, Drew Baughey, Carter, Kenley, Presley Cluxton, Kennedy, Savannah and Cora Shaheen; her sisters, Terri Tackett (Steve) of Carolina Beach and Brenda Smith (Al) of Jackson; Bonnie Owens of Jackson, Ohio..
