He is survived by : his wife Nancy Darlene Smith; his children, Eric Colwell of Ripley, James Colwell (Marie) of Bethel, Ohio and Amber Smith of Georgetown, Ohio; his grandsons, Christopher and Chase; his great grandchild Kensley; and his siblings, Fern Moore, Eddie Smith, Johnnie Lynn Frater and Christopher Shane Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
