He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Miller, and Wilma Miller, Sr. (Dumford); and his siblings, Willard Miller, Jr., Melvin Miller, Donald Miller, Fred Miller, Virginia Watkins, Loretta Davis, Patricia Ayers and Janice Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Colleen Miller (Titus); and his siblings, John Miller (LuAnn) of Mt. Orab, Jim Miller (Donna) of Titusville, Florida, Barbara Miller of Georgetown, Martha Miller of Georgetown and Louann Henderson (Tony) of Mt. Orab. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
