She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Buell and Dolores Buell (Worley). She is survived by: her husband Ronald S. Dvorachek; her children, Sarah L. Dvorachek of Cincinnati and John J. Dvorachek (Alexandra) of Nashville; and her grandchildren, Theodora, Annelie and Genevieve Dvorachek.
