He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Lewis (Grant); his children, Christopher Marshall-Lewis (Taren) of Roswell and Autumn Marshall-Lewis of Dayton, Ohio; his stepchildren, Charley Marshall, Jr. of Mt. Orab, Ohio and LaMont Marshall of Mt. Orab, Ohio; and his siblings, Pamela Lewis (Melvin) of Lexington, Kentucky, George Lewis, Jr. of Maysville, Johnny Lewis of Mayslick and Anthony Lewis (Denise) of Maysville, Kentucky. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
