She was predeceased by : her parents, James C. Penny and Nola Mae Penny (Berry); her husband Robert Eugene "Bob" Watson; and her siblings, Roy Grover Penny, James Phillip Penny, Mabel Mae "Ducky" Penny, Edward Eugene Penny, Ruthann Starks, William Lowell Penny, Linda Carol Penny, Bonnie Sue Penny and Donald Ray "Donnie" Penny.
She is survived by : her son Jerry Watson of Georgetown, Ohio; her daughter-in-law Linda Watson of Mt; her grandchildren, Christie Gadzinski (Randy) of Batavia, Angie McKibben (Jeff) of Russellville, Ohio and Shannon Watson of Mt; her great grandchildren, Tiffany Earls (Caleb) of Indiana, Chayce Watson of Hillsboro, Nate Parrish of Russellville and Haley McKibben of Russellville, Ohio; and her brothers, Terry Lee Penny of Lawshe and Robert Gene "Bob" Penny of Peebles. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that trees be planted in Mildred's name.
