He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Barr and Mercedes Barr (Piper). He is survived by: his wife Fonda Barr (Howser); and his children, James Barr of Ten Mile, Tennessee, Patty Begley (Dave) of Blanchester and Brandi Barr of Spring Lake. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Peace Lutheran Church (10581 Day Hill-Arnheim Rd, Georgetown, OH 45121). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
