She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Emerson and Nora Mae Mitchell (Gray); her brothers, Ronald (Elmer Mitchell) and Virgil (Opal Penny); and her brother-in-law Robert Penny.
She is survived by: her husband Virgil Penny; her children, Carolyn Penny of Georgetown, Ohio, Ralph Penny (Nicole) of Georgetown and Tony Penny (Delana) of Mason, Ohio; her grandchildren, Andy (Katelin), Emily, Stephanie, Jordan, Sawyer, Reagan, Kolby, Kristina and Lainia; her great grandchildren, Henry, Wesley, Ledger and Wayne; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Penny of Hamersville, Linda Newberry (Dwayne) of Mt. Orab, Dorlene Fields (James) of Mt. Orab, Rosey Barber (Roger) of Mt. Orab, Joanne Barber (Dale) of Mt. Orab, Carolyn Penny of Hamersville and Phyllis Mitchell of Georgetown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cahall Funeral Home (204 W State St, Georgetown, OH 45121). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
