He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabe and Mary Farrell, Sr. (Deaton); his siblings, Doug Farrell (Sally), Sam Farrell (Sherry Kay), Gabe Farrell, Jr., John Farrell, June Napier (Garrett "Botto"), Daisy McGuffey (Joe) and Janet Knox-Arnold; his brother-in-law Charles "Butch" Frazier; and the mother of his children Linda Lou Farrell (Sowers).
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Farrell of Georgetown, Ohio, Lorie Farrell of Georgetown, Ohio, Karen Farrell of Georgetown, Ohio and Sharon Farrell of Georgetown, Ohio; his sisters, JoAnn Crew (John) of Lebanon and Linda Frazier of Ripley, Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Farrell and Linda Farrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
