He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Penny of Georgetown, Ohio, Ralph Penny (Nicole) of Georgetown and Tony Penny (Delana) of Mason, Ohio; his grandchildren, Andy (Katelin), Emily (Hunter), Stephanie, Jordan, Sawyer, Reagan, Kolby, Kristina and Laina; his great grandchildren, Henry, Wesley, Ledger and Wayne; and his sisters, Dorothy Penny of Hamersville, Linda Newberry (Dwayne) of Mt, Dorlene Fields (Jake) of Mt, Rosey Barber (Roger) of Mt and Joanne Barber (Dale) of Mt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
