He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Elmer and Icy Ratliff (Adams); his son Anthony "Tony" Ratliff; and his brother Wilburn Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ratliff (Carrington); his children, Tracy McKenzie (Robin) of Georgetown and Daniel Ratliff (Tabitha) of Georgetown, Ohio; his grandchildren, Meranda Mckenzie, Cierra Ratliff Dillow (Chancey) and Cody Ratliff (Brittany Barber); his great grandchildren, Bradley Souder (Paige), Jace, Jax, Jasiah Gardner, Oakleigh Ratliff, Mason Royalty, Levi Ratliff and Easton Ratliff; his great great grandchildren, Ryder and McKenzie Souder; and his siblings, Ronnie Ratliff (Bonnie) of Georgetown, Ohio, Gene Ratliff of Georgetown, Ohio, Bill Ratliff (Anita) of Tollesboro, Denver Ratliff (Kathy) of Mobile, Alabama and Joyce Kendall of Tollesboro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cahall Funeral Home (204 W State St, Georgetown, OH 45121). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
