She was predeceased by: her former husband Terry McCloskey; her husband Lynn Woodard; her siblings, Ann Miller, Joe Miller, Geoff Miller, Kathy Miller, Chris Miller, David and Michael Miller; her son-in-law Ray Southers; and her siblings-in-law, Mark Phillips and Nina Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Jordan McCloskey (Brenda), Zachariah McCloskey (Vangie), Mescal Powell (Brandon), Sage Southers, Drew Woodard (Erica) and Paul Woodard (Maci); her siblings, Ron Miller, Carol Bond (John), Margaret Phillips, Patty Clark (Bill) and John Miller (Kathy); her sister-in-law Traci Miller; and her son Johnny Schaeffer.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arpp (29 N Main St, Germantown, OH 45327). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM at the Germantown Union Cemetery (11179 W Market St, Germantown, OH 45327).
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to "Old Hippies of Germantown" in Amee's memory.
