He is survived by: his wife Sandra Richter (Baldridge); his children, Todd Richter (Rhonda Mason), Michelle Richter (Freddie Riley), Tracy Richter (Johnna Jaco) and Timothy Richter; his grandchildren, Justin, Spencer, Caleb, Kyle, Kody, Elijah, Bailey, Brenden, Ethan, Ian and Tristen; his great grandchildren, Josephine and Jacob; and his sister Vanessa Atwood. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
