He is survived by: his fiancé Christy Boyce; his mother Cindy Payne (Johnny Murphy); his sister Holly O'Callaghan (Mike); his sons, Johnny Foxx and Austin Hanson; his grandfather Bobbie Madewell (Mary Jo); his nieces, Breona Foxx, Lyssa Worley and Katelyn Kish; his close friend Jason Roach (Heather); and his cousin David Myers. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arpp, Root & Carter Funeral Home (29 N Main St, Germantown, OH 45327). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at the Germantown Union Cemetery (11179 OH-725, Germantown, OH 45327).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses and to purchase a headstone.
