He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Watkins and Ollie Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Linda Watkins; his siblings, Herman, Barbara and Carol; his children, Sarah and Andrew; and his granddaughters, Violet, Ava and Emma.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Arpp, Root & Carter Funeral Home (29 N Main St, Germantown, OH 45327). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
