Dupps Sr. (Germantown, Ohio), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on April 5, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John A. "Jack" Dupps, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Mary M. "Peg" Dupps (Norris); his wife Robin M. Dupps (Weiss); his sons, Frank N. Dupps, Jr. (Shelley) and Matthew Dupps; his grandchildren, Jack, Madeline Dupps, Abigail and Matthew Dupps; his siblings, John A. Dupps, Jr. (Patricia), Mark A. Dupps, David M. Dupps (Kim), Maryann Lyle (James) and Ellen Kent (Thomas); and his brother-in-law Thomas Weiss (Sherrie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
