He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Collins and Rebecca Collins (Fraley); his wife Angela Collins; his brothers, Paul Collins, Hobie Collins, Bill Collins, William Collins and Matthew Collins; and his sisters-in-law, Annie Collins and Cynthia Collins.
He is survived by: his daughter Katina Dawn Combs; his granddaughters, Chelsea Combs, Dakota Combs and Kendra Combs; his siblings, Hebrew Collins, Timmy, Kristi Collins, Danny Collins, Emmanuel Collins, Calvin and Debbie Collins; his in-laws, Bonnie Collins, Katha Collins, LaVonne Abrams, Teresa Barnett, Juanita Jones and Randy Bowles; and his close friend Jim Ferguson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews extended family members and friends.
