She was predeceased by: her husband John Bell; her parents, James Arthur Ogle and Tlytha Elizabeth Ogle; and her sisters, Jean Howard and Martha Freeman.

She is survived by: her son Kirk Bell (LouAnn, family: Erin, John Rieder, Nick, Rachael Bell) of Germantown; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Lily and Drew Bell; her children, Kimmie Durham (Jimmy, family: Amy, Trey Golden, Andy, Shaundra Durham, Jeff, Rachel Durham) of Ocean Isle Beach and Todd Bell (Tammy) of Butler Township; her grandchildren, Steven, Amanda Buysman, Brian, Lisa Buysman, Tara, Brandon Willoughby, Patricia, Austin Lowe and Jonathan Bell; and her great grandchildren, Kylie Reyes, Neynah Buysman, Steven Buysman III, Oliver Buysman, Mattias and Henry Willoughby. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
