He was predeceased by: his parents, Oda May and Vonza Ord Waits. He is survived by: his wife Janice Waits; and his children, Richard Marion, Susan, Lisa and Lori. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous extended family members and dear friends.
