She is survived by: her children, Todd Richter (Rhonda Mason), Michelle Richter (Freddie Riley), Tracy Richter (Johnna) and Timothy Richter; her grandchildren, Justin Richter, Spencer Richter, Caleb Richter, Kyle Riley, Kody Riley, Elijah Richter, Bailey Richter, Ian Richter, Tristen Richter, Brendan Richter and Ethan Richter; her siblings, Ernie Baldridge, Nellie Reffitt and Patty Davidson; her great grandchildren, Josephine Richter and Jacob Richter; and her pet Gizmo.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home (29 N Main St, Germantown, OH 45327). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at the Germantown Union Cemetery (11179 W Market St, Germantown, OH 45327).
