He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Mintz and Alma Mintz (Damschroder). He is survived by: his son Aaron Mintz (Lora); his grandchildren, Garrett, Grace Mintz, Jacob and Joseph Schrader; his nephews, Kirk, Dan Mintz, Troy Fairbanks and Craig Mintz; and his siblings, Kent Mintz (Diane) of Risingsun, Marcia Biroth (Gene) of Angola, IN and Les Mintz (Cathi Smith) of Gibsonburg.
