She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hoy and Marge Hoy (Ottney); her son Steven; and her brothers, James "Moe" and Leroy "Butch" Hoy.
She is survived by: her husband Kenny Cantrell; her sons, Jeff (Shelly) and James (Bobbi); her daughter-in-law Debby; her grandchildren, Jordan, Leann (Becca), James (Jessica), Patrick, Andrew (Marisa) and Abby Cantrell (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Brady and Zoey Cantrell; her sisters, Donna Gerkensmeyer, Sharon Schuett and Roslyn Busdeker; her sister-in-law Sherry Hoy; and her aunt Phyllis Sloan (Walt). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Judith L. Cantrell Memorial Scholarship.
