He is survived by: his son Devon Black (Jordan); his stepchildren, Jennifer Ickes and Clyde Ickes (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Hayden, Henzlee, Hollyn, Ali and Elli; his siblings, Robert Black of Indiana, Linda Thaxton of Ohio, Mary Dudzik of Illinois, Candy Hostettler (Pete) of Florida and Billie Jo Icenhour (Runt) of Georgia; and his sister-in-law Rhonda of Georgia.
Memorial donations in Mike's name may be made to the American Heart Association.
