He was predeceased by: his father Paul M. Avdey. He is survived by: his mother Arlene Avdey (Guido); and his brother Paul Michael. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

All contributions may be made to the Andy and Mary L. Guido Scholarship Fund at Ursuline High School, 750 Wick Ave., Youngstown, OH.
