She was predeceased by: her parents, Leah Collins (Boyd) and Joseph Orin Collins; her sister Sally Major (Collins); and her son Charles C. Clark Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Charles C. Clark; her daughter Debra Antal (Andy) of Ithaca; her grandchildren, Brent Antal (Kelly Kistner) of Long Beach, CA, Jonathan Antal (Natalie) of Webster, NY, Christopher Antal (Tara Champion) of Tacoma, WA and Brittany Clark of Dryden, NY; and her great grandchildren, Reid, Clark and Hertha. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
