She is survived by: her husband Paul Milligan; her daughter Sarah Grasso (Andrew) of West Hartford, Conn.; her grandson William John Grasso of West Hartford; and her siblings, Thomas Chill (Patricia) of Howland, Regis Chill (Angie) of Girard, Martin Chill (Mindee) of Austintown and Christine Fisher of Niles. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
