He was predeceased by: his father John Carroll; his brother John Carroll Jr.; and his stepfather Steve Luzar. He is survived by: his mother Vivian Clower Carroll Luzar; his children, Joshua Phillip Carroll (Taylor Geier) of Bridgeville and Emily Christine Carroll of Canonsburg; his sister Susan DeMalio of Cadiz; his nieces and nephews, Sarah DeMalio, Lindsay Kaiser (Cody), Austin Ely, Christian Illig, Nicholas Luzar, Amy Johnson and Katie Marjerison; and his stepsiblings, Lori Bolen and Steve Luzar. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses or to the donor's favorite charity.
