He is survived by: his wife Betty Chernisky; his brother Carl Chernisky (Donna); his daughters, Lisa McIntosh (Ron) and Tammy Sellman (Chad); and his stepchildren, Debbie Yanche (Mike), Denise Gray (Don) and Jim Rice (Virginia). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research to honor his wife's ongoing battle with the disease.
