He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Smith and Wanda Smith (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Smith (White) of Girard; his sons, Scott Smith (Heidi), Jeffrey Smith (Shannon) and Dr. Daniel Smith (Shelley); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Meghan, Ryan, Zachary, Justin, Allison and Bradley.
