He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Rex (Kuzman) and Donald G. Rex; and his daughter Kelli Rex. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Michael (Alyssa) and Katie Martino (Paul); his grandchildren, Ethan, Lyla and Emmie; and his sisters, Mary Leah Mendenhall, Maureen Zeller, Margaret Hill and Kathryn Rex. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
