He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Costello and Eleanor Costello (Cain); and his sister Maryann Schulz (Al). He is survived by: his wife Beth Breese Costello; his children, Joseph Costello (Stephanie) of Canfield, Kaley Costello (Sean Karamanyan) of Whidbey Island, Wash and Chelsea Costello (John Conrad) of McDonald; his grandchildren, Joey, Ellie, Sammy, Emmy, Ryan and Tigran; his brother Bill Costello (Janet) of Mansfield; his siblings-in-law, Jackie Breese of Girard and Richard Breese of Boardman; and his nephew Dylan Breese. He is also survived by son; and several nieces, nephews.
