Melfi (Racheal Solida), Tali and Jeremy Williams; his grandchildren, Dr. Kada Fehlman (Jared Fehlman) and Kai Williams; his brother Nick Melfi (Barbara Melfi); and his wife Stacy. He is also survived by his nephew and niece, and many extended family members and lifelong friends.

I worked with Joe when he was the Mayor of Girard, he was one of a kind he would visted every office and talk to us for a hour or so ask us how everything was, whats going on with work.
