With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph M. Koren (Girard, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2025 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Michael Koren Sr. and Josephine Etherington Koren; his sister Dolores; his parents-in-law, Frank and Kathryn Rostan; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Rostan and Donald Rostan.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Elizabeth Koren; his children, Michael Koren (Kate) and Michelle Long (David); his granddaughters, Stella and Elena Koren; his brother Kenneth Koren (Rhonda); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Margret Rostan, Annette Rostan, Angelita Rostan, Frank Rostan (Suzanne), William Rostan (Candice), Robert Rostan (Nancy) and Richard Rostan (Jodi). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
