She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanford Paul and Ruby Earla Whitehill (Flesher); her former husband James C. White; her husband Tom Lee Archer; and her sister Diane Whitehill.
She is survived by: her daughter Penni White; her granddaughters, Kaitlyn McDevitt, Emilee McClun and Hannah Prasco; her great grandchildren, Addison Jones, Linkyn Crane, Brennan McClun, Noah Gillespie, Liam McClun, Milayah Williams and Zyair Williams; her stepchildren, Joshua Archer (Kate), Emily Fisher (Kyle) and Sarah Malinsky (Chris); her siblings-in-law, Charlie Bernard, Elbert White (Sherry) and Gloria White; her cousin Gary Groubert (Nancy); and her pet Ellie. She is also survived by seven step grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
