He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slifka and Rose Marchese Slifka; his brother Michael; and his brother-in-law Ray Pelyhes. He is survived by: his sisters, Dolores Sullivan (Jack) of Liberty Township and Sue Pelyhes of Niles; his nephews, Bob Sullivan (Janet) of Columbus and Jim Sullivan (Rachael) of Philadelphia; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Noah, Hannah, Lydia, Amelia, Enzo and Nora Sullivan; and his former wife Patty Badanjek.
