She is survived by: her children, Kelly Palmer-Smith (Willie) of Girard and Jeffrey L. Palmer (Angela) of Girard; her brothers, Wells Hammers of Medina and Homer Hammers of Florida; her grandchildren, Richard L. Palmer III (Jean), Shane Palmer, Brittany Kershaw, Ashley Powell (Josh), Jeffrey Palmer (Kelli), Ryan Palmer, Justine Agnone (Raymond), Shelley Richards, Jaiymi Wendt (Ron) and Nicole Lucas (Terry); and her great grandchildren, Edward, Alivia, Logan, Jackson, Peyton, Lucian, Layla, Asher, Adrian, Nina, Sam, Daphne, Phoebe, Ben, Bob and Bryce.
