He was predeceased by: his parents, James Doyle and Pearl Root Doyle; and his wife Barbara A. Doyle. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Thomas of Boardman and Karen Doyle (Arretta Ketron) of Florence, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Leah; and his sister-in-law Patti Domen (Randy Johnson) of Roscoe, Illinois.

In lieu of flowers, Bob's family suggests memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
