He is survived by: his wife Kimberly A. Massuri (Livingston); his daughter Madison Grace Massuri; his sister Lou Ann Massuri; his mother-in-law Suzanne Livingston; and his in-laws, John, Kelly Livingston, Frank, Jackie Venzeio and JeNell Massuri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Warren Family Mission in Rogers memory.
