Mortellaro of McDonald, Mark Mortellaro (Ginger) of Clarksburg, Maryland and Christine Price (John) of McDonald, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, William, Adam, Nathan, Avary Price, Kathern and Dominic Mortellaro.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Legion, 11 High Street SE, Girard, Ohio.
