With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Wittenauer of Girard, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 24, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvine Fergusen and Helen Bernice Fergusen (Danner); her sons, Charles and Michael Wittenauer; her stepson David Wittenauer; and her siblings, Richard, Terry Ferguson and Beverly Friend.
She is survived by: her son Gary Wittenauer (Ann) of Niles; her stepchildren, Donna Carson (Bob) of Liberty and Donald Wittenauer Jr. (Susan) of Beloit; and her daughter-in-law Annette Wittenauer Adcock (Walter). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
