She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas and Mary Pavlinic Sr. (Leech); and her son Mark L. Mathew. She is survived by: her daughter Tracy E. Lynn (Charles Mahan Jr.); her brothers, Nicholas Pavlinic Jr. (Margaret) and Thomas Pavlinic (Sharron); her grandchildren, John and Delaney; and her close friend Marcie Nagy.
